All of our candles are automatically sorted and shipped with either DPD or Royal Mail 48h delivery. Postage fees are fixed at £5.90 per order under £75.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes 1-2 business days for orders placed in the morning. Afternoon and evening orders will be shipped on the next business day. A tracking number and link will be sent to the customer per email as soon as the order is shipped.
Please consider that there might be delays around the holiday season.
Orders placed consecutively by the same customer might be shipped together for environmental reasons. Delivery is charged per processed order, so it cannot be refunded.
My cadle arrived broken, what do I do?
All of our candles are covered by a glass warranty. In case you have any questions, or your candle has arrived broken after delivery, please contact our customer service team here. They’ll be happy to replace it for you!
